Dr Jack Tooley
Managing Director
Dr Jack Tooley is a spatial design academic and consultant whose work quantifies how the built environment shapes workforce outcomes. He led Australia’s first independent national study of FIFO village design and wellbeing to quantify these impacts in operational and dollar terms, and developed the world’s first independent ROI calculator linking spatial design to productivity, retention, attendance and morale. Jack’s background spans interior architecture, spatial sociology and evidence-based design. He has published and peer reviewed for leading international journals and currently serves as an Advisory Editor for Safety Science.
Adii Shtykov
Architecture & Building Performance
Adii leads architecture and building performance at InSite Analytics, where his research sits at the intersection of architecture, building performance, and human outcomes. His work focuses on quantifying how social and spatial conditions influence performance, wellbeing, and organisational outcomes, and translating this research into practical design optimisation. He co-leads development of the world’s first independent ROI calculator linking spatial design to productivity, retention, attendance, and morale. With an international background in architectural practice, Adii has designed and delivered projects across multiple regions. His research centres on digital twinning, analytics, and evidence-based decision-making, enabling clients to use building data to improve outcomes across planning, design, and operation.

She ensures seamless governance, documentation and resourcing across engagements, enabling the team to execute efficiently at pace.
Julian Wilmot-Barr
Advisor
Julian brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across the mining, resources, construction and hospitality sectors, with a track record of strategic financial leadership and long-term value creation. His career spans Australia, South-East Asia and the UK, covering listed corporations and privately held enterprises across capital structuring, M&A transactions, ERP implementations and governance enhancements. Julian combines commercial acumen with a collaborative leadership style, focused on using finance to drive resilience and sustainable growth in capital-intensive industries.
