Dr Jack Tooley is a spatial design academic and consultant whose work quantifies how the built environment shapes workforce outcomes. He led Australia’s first national study on FIFO village design and wellbeing and developed the world’s first ROI calculator linking spatial features to productivity, retention, attendance and morale. Jack’s background spans interior, architecture, spatial sociology and evidence-based design, with publications in leading journals and extensive industry collaboration across resource and architectural sectors.
Senior Data Engineer
Adii leads data-driven research at the intersection of architecture, building performance, and human outcomes. His work focuses on quantifying how social and spatial conditions influence performance, wellbeing, and organisational outcomes, translating research into practical design optimisation. With an international background in architectural practice, he has designed and delivered projects across multiple regions. His research centres on digital twinning, analytics, and evidence-based decision-making, enabling clients to use building data to improve outcomes across planning, design, and operation.

Katie provides executive support and project coordination across operations, bringing extensive experience in project management, stakeholder liaison and deadline-driven delivery. She ensures seamless governance, documentation and resourcing across engagements, enabling the team to execute efficiently at pace.

Paul Natoli is the founder and CEO of Grounded Group and a specialist in remote construction for the resources sector. Since 2013 he has built a high-performing team delivering complex village and village projects across Western Australia, partnering with both emerging operators and major miners.
